THE SIMPLE RULES

1. Browse thru and pick out the items you would like to purchase. Keep in mind the name and/or code of the item.

2. Send us an email with all these details:-
Your name:
Your shipping address:
Your contact no:
Name or code of item:
Quantity of item:
Preferred Postage: Pos Ekspress / Pos Daftar / Pos Laju
(refer to postage descriptions below)

3. Send email to infokazens@gmail.com

4. We will then send you a detailed email with payment instructions into our Maybank account or *new* PayPal account. Payment must be made within 3 days after we send the email. If you do not make a payment, we will cancel your order and the item will be up for sale again.

5. Once your payment has cleared, your item(s) will be posted and we will send an email to notify you.

+ postage costs are as follows:-

West Malaysia
RM2.50 and above with Pos Ekspress (this option is for buyers not able to accept delivery at specified shipping address during normal posting hours).

RM2.00 and above with Pos Daftar (please choose this only if there is someone to accept the delivery at your shipping address during normal posting hours).

RM3.50 and above with Pos Laju (if you'd like to receive your order as quickly as possible)

East Malaysia
Starting from RM5.50 for Pos Ekspress and Pos Daftar, and from RM6.50 for Pos Laju.

International
Starting from RM15.90 (approx. USD$4.50).

Further details will be specified via email.

For all orders, estimated total delivery cost will be specified in the confirmation email according to number of items purchased.

+ SERIOUS BUYERS only please. We will blacklist you from future purchases if deemed necessary. So please think twice before ordering.
